About Us

Julia and Yolande Krueger were born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan.  Both studied art at the Alberta College of Art and Design (ACAD).  Yolande graduated with a BFA in glass with distinction in 2008, and Julia graduated with a BFA in ceramics with distinction in 2010.  Julia also received the Board of Governors Award.

As children, we were fascinated with the ceramics coming out of the University of Regina.  When making objects, we work collaboratively.  We covet Kitschy objects, and find the place between hobby craft and fine craft is exciting and subversive.  We strive to make work which occupies this space.

Julia Krueger
